What is the free visibility check?
It is a short review of how your business appears on Google Search and Google Maps. We look at your Google Business Profile, a few of the businesses showing up ahead of you, and where you appear across your area for one or two important searches.
Is the visibility check really free?
Yes. The form does not ask for payment details.
What do you need from me to run the check?
Your business name, the city or area you serve, and the main service you want to be found for. A website address helps if you have one.
Do I need to give you access to my Google Business Profile for the check?
No. The visibility check uses information that is publicly visible on Google. Access is only needed later if you ask us to make changes for you.
What will I learn from the visibility check?
The gaps most likely holding your profile back, how you compare with a few nearby competitors, and where you appear and drop out across your area. We explain the findings in plain English.
What happens after I send the form?
We review your business and reply using the contact details you gave us. What you do with the findings is up to you.
I do not have a Google Business Profile yet. Can you help?
Yes. We can help you create one and prepare for Google's verification step. Google requires verification before a new profile is shown to the public.
I have more than one location. Can you check them all?
Yes. List each location in the message box. Each location has its own Google Business Profile and its own results, so we look at them one at a time.
Can I ask about something other than the visibility check?
Yes. Choose the topic that fits best, such as review management, a new website or content, and tell us what you need.
